KP-series Continuous VFFS built for non-stop high-speed operation. KP-420 up to 150 bags/min. 5-axis full servo drive, PLC control, vacuum pull belt for stable high-speed film feed. Food-grade SS304 frame, 100 product recipes stored, no-tool former changeover. Supports pillow bags, gusset bags, quad-seal, block-bottom bags, and more. Lap seal / fin seal selectable, gas flush available.
Mid-Range VFFS — Snacks, Nuts & General Packaging
Snacks, nuts, frozen vegetables, pet treats, fastener packs — the broadest VFFS application segment. Multihead weigher or volumetric cup dosing,configured to your product and accuracy needs. Multiple bag formats. The most specified range for Southeast Asia factories.
Compact VFFS — Sachets & Mini Pouches
Seasoning sachets, coffee sticks, sample packs, small hardware assortments — auger, cup, or pump dosing to match your product, 30–80 bags/min. Supports 3-side seal, 4-side seal, back-seal pillow, special-shaped, and multi-pack bags. Small footprint — ideal as a first automation step or for multi-SKU short runs.
