Functional Features

• Automatic/manual switching with self-locking. Manual operation is for maintenance, debugging or emergency handling; automatic operation is for normal use.
  I/O point comparison: Enables detailed understanding of the specific function of each PLC output point.
• Operation monitoring: The equipment is equipped with an operation monitoring function to ensure stable operation.
  PLC backup point replacement: Supports arbitrary replacement of PLC output points to guarantee continuous and reliable operation.
• Equipped with multiple safety devices for inspecting and maintaining normal operating conditions. Once a fault occurs, an alarm sounds immediately, and the operation interface (machine operation monitor) will detect the fault location.
• When the photoelectric sensor of the bag magazine on the bag feeder detects no bags, the alarm sounds and the machine stops immediately.
• When the air pressure drops below 0.40 MPa, the machine cannot operate normally. It will sound an alarm and stop immediately to ensure the safety of operators and the machine. The guide rod connected to the bag-making guide conveyor belt can squeeze air out of the bag and convey the bag to the sealing machine. Adjust the height of the guide rod on the bag-making support frame according to customer needs and the volume and size of the bag.
• Air pressure detection is implemented throughout the entire process of bag feeding, grabbing and opening to ensure the success rate of bag feeding. If there is any abnormality during the process, the equipment will automatically reject the empty bag.
• Equipped with a safety door with a safety switch. If the protective door is opened manually during equipment operation, an audio-visual alarm will be triggered and the machine will automatically perform an emergency shutdown.
