The Keypack Intelligent (kunbupack) JZ-M300 is a digital all-metal detection system designed to identify ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel contaminants on high-speed conveyor lines. Built on advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, the system features automatic product-effect compensation — a critical capability when inspecting materials such as sugar, salt, and meat products that naturally generate metal-like signals. The auto-learning function allows the detector to quickly acquire the optimal detection phase without manual calibration, reducing setup time and operator dependency.
The detection aperture measures 300mm (W) × 100mm (H), supporting a delivery capacity of up to 10kg per pass at a maximum belt speed of 25m/min. The belt height is set at 750 ± 50mm and can be customized to match existing line configurations. The probe is filled with epoxy resin to ensure long-term stability and extended service life in demanding production environments. The entire frame is manufactured using SUS304 stainless steel laser cutting, welding, and wire-drawing processes, meeting food machinery hygiene standards.
The LED flat key input display supports up to 12 product information storage presets, enabling fast changeover between product types. Parameter settings are password-protected, ensuring only authorized personnel can modify detection configurations.
