This Kunbupack Automatic Wrapping Machine is equipped with a photoelectric switch for automatic detection of cargo height and a safety baffle design that automatically stops operation when encountering obstacles to ensure safety. It adopts a carbon steel film frame, which is lightweight yet stable, and is fitted with wear-resistant rubber rollers for a long service life. The film guiding system features an upper and lower follow-up mechanism, enabling a wider range of applications. For the film frame, a power frequency conversion pre-stretching mechanism is adopted, with a pre-stretching ratio of up to 250% to reduce film consumption; meanwhile, the film frame operates on nylon wheel guide rails, ensuring smooth running, light weight and durability.

• Adjustable parameters for easy operation: The number of wrapping layers, running speed and film tension can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the operation is simple and convenient.
• Independent control of top and bottom wrapping turns: The number of wrapping turns at the top and bottom can be controlled separately, with free adjustment from 1 to 9 turns.
• Automatic walking and pre-stretching wrapping: Capable of automatic walking and pre-stretching wrapping operations, and can work continuously for 6-8 hours.
• Adjustable film frame speed: The ascending and descending speeds of the film frame can be adjusted respectively to meet different wrapping needs.
• Precise and stable tension control: The film feeding speed is adjustable via frequency conversion, making the stretching control more precise, stable and convenient.
