This Kunbupack Powder Flip Blowing Machine is a dedicated surface cleaning equipment for finished cans. It is capable of conducting all-round blowing and cleaning on the can circumference, can top and can bottom. The machine adopts an all-stainless steel structure and is equipped with a tawny organic glass cover to prevent dust leakage and environmental pollution, featuring a simple structure and easy operation.Cans are driven by two circular belts with different speeds, enabling the cans to rotate while moving—this ensures that the brushes installed on both sides can reach and clean every part of the can body. Its upper and lower sides are equipped with pulse air knives for blowing; matched with a dust collection device, it achieves excellent cleaning effects, and the air source is generated by the machine's built-in snail booster blower. Additionally, the machine is fitted with a speed governor to adjust the speed of the circular belts, and is equipped with a plasma fan to remove static electricity for more thorough tank cleaning—effectively cleaning the material dust adhered to the tank body due to static electricity and collecting and treating dust impurities. It has a dust removal port at the bottom for connection with a dust collector (the dust collector is to be purchased separately or prepared by the user).
