This Pallet Feeder is placed by a forklift into the pallet storage section. Four small cylinders actuate swing arms to control the release of pallets. When the cylinders extend, the four swing arms retract, allowing a pallet to drop onto the lifting plate. This plate, driven by a cylinder below, transfers the pallet onto the chains. Once on the lifting plate, another cylinder lowers the pallet to the chain conveyor section, where the chains move it to the chain plate section. The pallet is then conveyed via the chain plate line to the next workstation, completing the operation.
