The Keypack Intelligent (kunbupack) YDT Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine is a fully automated inline labeler designed for round plastic containers. Bottles are fed through a conveyor track and separated at equal intervals by an adjustable bottle-spacing mechanism. As each bottle passes, a SICK photoelectric sensor detects its presence and triggers the label dispensing system. A tension control mechanism maintains consistent label web tension throughout the run, ensuring stable label feeding and accurate length positioning. Labels are automatically peeled and applied flat to the target position on the bottle surface by the labeling and pressure-roller assembly. The touch screen HMI (Delta, Taiwan) supports bilingual operation and stores up to 10 product parameter recipes, making changeovers fast and straightforward.
