The Keypack Intelligent Fully Automatic Granule Weighing Production Line is designed for continuous automatic weighing and packaging of granular materials. It is suitable for rice, wheat, white sugar, chemical fertilizer granules, plastic granules, and other free-flowing granular products.
This automatic weighing line adopts a new-type production control system combined with a high-precision, high-speed dedicated metering controller. The system is characterized by strong functionality, high reliability, and excellent flexibility and scalability, making it well suited for fully automatic granule packaging, high-speed packaging operations, and long-term continuous production. Key Features and Machine Characteristics

  • Automatic / Manual Operation Switching
    This Keypack Intelligent (Kunbupack) production line supports automatic and manual operation modes with self-locking. Manual mode is used for maintenance, debugging, or emergency handling, while automatic mode is used for normal continuous production.

  • Advanced PLC Control and I/O Monitoring
    The system provides I/O point comparison functionality, allowing operators to clearly understand the function of each PLC output point. PLC backup point replacement is supported, enabling flexible reassignment of output points to ensure continuous and reliable operation.

  • Operation Monitoring and Fault Detection
    The equipment is equipped with real-time operation monitoring to ensure stable performance during high-speed packaging. Multiple safety and detection devices continuously inspect operating conditions. In the event of a fault, an alarm is triggered immediately, and the machine operation monitor identifies the fault location.

  • Bag Feeding and Detection System
    When the photoelectric sensor on the bag feeder detects that no bags are available, the system automatically alarms and stops operation. Air pressure detection is implemented throughout the bag feeding, grabbing, and opening process to ensure a high success rate of bag feeding. Any abnormal condition will result in automatic rejection of empty bags.

  • Air Pressure Safety Protection
    When air pressure drops below 0.40 MPa, the system will trigger an alarm and stop immediately, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment during automatic bag packaging operations.

  • Bag Guiding and Air Exhaust Structure
    The guide rod connected to the bag-making guide conveyor belt squeezes air out of the bag and guides it smoothly to the sealing machine. The height of the guide rod can be adjusted according to customer requirements, as well as bag size and volume.

  • Safety Door with Emergency Shutdown
    The production line is equipped with a safety door and safety switch. If the protective door is opened during operation, an audio-visual alarm is triggered and the machine automatically performs an emergency shutdown.
