The Keypack Intelligent (kunbupack) LM-WT Automatic Horizontal Round Bottle Labeling Machine is a fully automated inline labeler designed for horizontal wrap-around label application on round containers. After the bottle-separation mechanism spaces products at equal intervals, a SICK photoelectric sensor detects each passing bottle and sends a signal to the labeling control system. At the precise moment, the motor-driven label dispensing unit feeds and applies the label to the designated position on the bottle surface. The bottle then passes through the label-pressing assembly, where the wrap-around belt rotates the bottle and rolls the label firmly into place, completing the full labeling cycle. The Delta PLC touch screen HMI supports bilingual operation, stores up to 10 product parameter recipes, and provides comprehensive fault prompts and operator guidance — enabling fast changeovers and straightforward daily operation.
