The Keypack Intelligent Fully Automatic Powder Weighing Production Line is designed for high-efficiency, high-precision packaging of powdered products, including milk powder, soybean powder, health-care powder, solid beverages, solid pharmaceuticals, food additives, and other fine powder materials.
This automatic powder packaging line integrates automatic weighing, bag feeding, filling, and sealing into a continuous production system, adopting a new-generation production control system and high-speed dedicated metering controller. With strong functionality, high reliability, and excellent scalability, it fully adapts to long-term continuous production requirements in food, pharmaceutical, and powder processing industries, meeting the demands of automatic weighing lines, dust-free powder packaging, and pre-made bag filling and sealing systems.

Key Features and Machine Characteristics

• The Keypack Intelligent (Kunbupack) automatic powder weighing production line supports automatic and manual operation modes with self-locking logic; manual mode is used for maintenance, commissioning, and emergency handling, while automatic mode is used for normal production.

• Equipped with an advanced PLC control system with touch screen interface, enabling clear I/O point comparison for accurate identification of each PLC output function.

• Integrated operation monitoring system ensures real-time supervision of equipment status, improving stability and production reliability.

• Supports PLC backup point replacement, allowing flexible reassignment of output points to ensure uninterrupted operation and long-term system reliability.

• Multiple safety protection devices are integrated throughout the production line. When a fault occurs, the system triggers instant audible and visual alarms, and the operation interface accurately identifies the fault location.

• The bag feeding system includes photoelectric detection. If no bags are detected in the bag magazine, the equipment alarms and stops immediately to prevent empty operation.

• The system continuously monitors air pressure conditions. When air pressure drops below 0.40 MPa, the equipment automatically alarms and stops to protect operators and machinery.

• The bag opening and conveying system uses a guide rod air-exhaust structure, allowing excess air to be removed from the bag before sealing. The guide rod height can be adjusted according to bag size and filling volume.

• Full-process air pressure detection is implemented during bag feeding, gripping, and opening to ensure a high success rate. Abnormal empty bags are automatically rejected.

• Equipped with a safety door and safety switch. When the protective door is opened during operation, the system immediately triggers an audio-visual alarm and performs an emergency shutdown.

• Designed for dust-free powder handling, supporting clean and stable operation in automatic weighing and pre-made bag packaging environments.
