The Keypack Intelligent (Kunbupack) Ionized Air Bottle Cleaner drives containers using two circular belts operating at different speeds, allowing simultaneous rotation and linear movement. This design ensures that the cleaning brushes on both sides contact every part of the container surface, delivering thorough cleaning for bottles, cans, jars, and other packaging containers.

Pulse Air Knives and Dust Collection

Upper and lower container surfaces are cleaned with pulse air knives in combination with a dust collection system. The air source is powered by an integrated snail-type pressurized blower, efficiently removing surface dust and impurities. This system minimizes dust contamination in the production environment and supports hygienic packaging standards.

Static Elimination with Plasma Fan

The machine is equipped with an additional plasma fan to further eliminate static electricity on container surfaces.
