Equipment Introduction

• Wide application range: Suitable for pharmaceutical, health product, and food industries. It can automatically and accurately count and fill various granular materials such as round tablets, special-shaped tablets, capsules, transparent soft capsules, pills, and other solid drug particles into containers.
• High bottling speed: Adopting 16 counting channels and 1 bottle feeding path, the product achieves a bottling speed of 70 bottles/minute (for special-shaped tablets, measured according to actual material flow).
• High accuracy: ±1 grain per 10,000 grains, significantly higher than national standards.
• Advanced international gate array control technology is adopted, with independently developed professional image analysis hardware and software control. The human-machine interface is easy to operate and control.
• In compliance with GMP standards, parts in contact with drugs are made of AISI316 stainless steel, and external parts of the machine body are made of AISI304 stainless steel. It is easy to disassemble, assemble, clean, and maintain.
• No special personnel are required to monitor during normal production. The machine is equipped with multiple protection devices for bottle shortage, bottle blockage, bottle inversion, etc.
• Equipped with an operating system with full Chinese dynamic graphic display as the human-machine interface.

Grain Feeding Mechanism

• Adopts three-stage vibratory pan electromagnetic oscillation with adjustable vibration frequency and high speed to ensure fast grain separation.
• The grain sliding track is three-layer stepped, allowing grains to flow downward in three stages without overlapping.
• Three-stage dust suction design completely removes dust between grain layers to avoid pollution.

Counting Device

• Uses high-speed industrial camera dynamic scanning technology and area detection to identify whole grains, half grains, double grains, and broken grains by area. The area range can be set according to actual needs for precise filling.
• The high-speed industrial camera has an automatic light compensation function. With a distance of about 300mm between the lens and grains, it has excellent dust resistance.

Closing Device

Key pneumatic components adopt Airtac SMC pneumatic parts, especially the integrated solenoid valve and closing cylinder for closing, ensuring accurate bottling.

Rejection Device

Automatically rejects bottles with excessive grains, insufficient grains, overlapping tablets, or drugs with 20% damage.
