- Adopts Japanese high-quality steel and cam processed by 24 Japanese processing technologies, featuring long service life and lifelong maintenance after-sales commitment.
- Equipped with PLC rapid adjustment; 8 stations can be changed simultaneously in only 5 seconds. Simply place the replaced bags into each bag magazine, rotate to adjust the bag changing chamber, and push the rear ejector rod to the same length as the bags for easy specification change. Unlike linear models that require using wrenches to adjust from the first station to the last, it solves the problem of rapid changeover and production launch for different specification products daily.
- Uses integrally formed claws; on the basis of corrosion resistance, cleaning is more convenient. The claws adopt a hard-soft dual-side design with stainless steel and rubber, capable of withstanding 5kg tension to firmly clamp bags. It avoids the phenomenon of bag and material falling caused by blocked air holes or air leakage when linear bag-feeding machines use vacuum to suck bags and operate in granular, liquid or dusty environments.

- Bag opening adopts German Festo vacuum system; bottom-up stand-up bags can use dual opening modes: synchronous upper and lower bag opening and compressed air blowing bag opening, ensuring stable and efficient bag opening.
The entire machine table is equipped with an integral chain plate and arc-shaped water tank; the electrical control part adopts a cantilever design separated from the mechanical structure, allowing the entire machine to be washable.

The bag mouth bears force more evenly, and the temperature difference between the two knives is always within ±1℃. Instant heating sealing combined with the bag mouth dust removal device ensures no powder on the bag mouth, making the seal firmer and more aesthetically pleasing.
- Uses international first-line brand electrical components such as Siemens, Schneider and Omron, featuring stable performance and reliable quality to ensure the equipment operates stably continuously for 24 hours.
