•  Adopts Japanese high-quality steel and cam processed by 24 Japanese processing technologies, featuring long service life and lifelong maintenance after-sales commitment.
•  Equipped with PLC rapid adjustment; 8 stations can be changed simultaneously in only 5 seconds. Simply place the replaced bags into each bag magazine, rotate to adjust the bag changing chamber, and push the rear ejector rod to the same length as the bags for easy specification change. Unlike linear models that require using wrenches to adjust from the first station to the last, it solves the problem of rapid changeover and production launch for different specification products daily.
•  Uses integrally formed claws; on the basis of corrosion resistance, cleaning is more convenient. The claws adopt a hard-soft dual-side design with stainless steel and rubber, capable of withstanding 5kg tension to firmly clamp bags. It avoids the phenomenon of bag and material falling caused by blocked air holes or air leakage when linear bag-feeding machines use vacuum to suck bags and operate in granular, liquid or dusty environments.
•  Adopts 360-degree indexing type; 8 stations do not interfere with each other. No feeding or sealing if bag opening fails, preventing bag waste. Linear models adopt sequential split actions where stations interfere with each other—if one station malfunctions, the entire machine cannot operate.
•  Bag opening adopts German Festo vacuum system; bottom-up stand-up bags can use dual opening modes: synchronous upper and lower bag opening and compressed air blowing bag opening, ensuring stable and efficient bag opening.
   The entire machine table is equipped with an integral chain plate and arc-shaped water tank; the electrical control part adopts a cantilever design separated from the mechanical structure, allowing the entire machine to be washable.
•  Equipped with four-station dust removal: feeding dust removal, hopper dust removal, movement track dust removal and bag mouth dust removal. The dust collector is a high-efficiency variable-frequency industrial dust collector with air volume adjustable in 1-3 levels via the screen according to actual dust size. It is equipped with 6 PE+PTFE high-efficiency filters, providing higher dust removal efficiency and better effect than bag-type dust collectors or single/double filter element dust collectors from other manufacturers. The filters are washable, and the timing pulse backblowing time can be adjusted via the screen with pulse time up to second-level precision.
•  Adopts Japanese Omron temperature control system, equipped with double-knife opposite sealing and hot-cold double sealing design. The bag mouth bears force more evenly, and the temperature difference between the two knives is always within ±1℃. Instant heating sealing combined with the bag mouth dust removal device ensures no powder on the bag mouth, making the seal firmer and more aesthetically pleasing.
•  Uses international first-line brand electrical components such as Siemens, Schneider and Omron, featuring stable performance and reliable quality to ensure the equipment operates stably continuously for 24 hours.
•  All moving bearings adopt international first-line brands such as German Igus and Japanese TEK, with wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They can maintain stable and efficient operation in harsh working environments for a long time, with a service life 3-5 times longer than domestic bearings.
