The Keypack KL-G420 is a high-speed Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) machine designed for continuous automated packaging of granule materials at industrial production rates. Driven by a 5-servo multi-axis system with PLC control, the KL-G420 operates at 100–150 bags/min across back-seal and gusseted back-seal bag formats (L: 80–300 mm, W: 80–200 mm). It is suited to granule packaging applications in snack food, dried fruit and nuts, frozen food, confectionery, and pharmaceutical granule manufacturing, where stable output, consistent seal quality, and sustained high-speed operation are primary production requirements. The G420 is a high-speed vertical packaging machine built around a 5-servo motion control architecture and a pneumatic control system, with a touch-screen HMI as the operational core. The dual film-pulling structure ensures stable, high-speed film feeding, while an intelligent temperature controller delivers precise sealing across a wide range of composite film materials including PET/PE, OPP/CPP, and OPP/PE.

The electrical control cabinet and pneumatic control cabinet are independently separated, reducing electromagnetic interference, lowering operational noise, improving circuit stability, and extending overall service life. The touch-screen HMI supports storage of multiple product packaging parameter profiles, enabling fast changeover between different SKUs with minimal downtime.

Equipped with a Japanese Koganei vacuum pump, the Keypack Intelligent (KunbuPack) KL-G420 VFFS machine maintains stable and high-speed film pulling performance throughout extended production runs. A built-in fault display system provides real-time diagnostics to support rapid troubleshooting and minimize unplanned stoppages.

The machine automatically completes the full packaging sequence: product metering → filling → bag forming → gas flushing or evacuation → date printing → counting. It can be paired with compatible metering systems (screw measurement or weighing measurement) and conveying systems based on the specific product characteristics of each application.
