This Kunbupack Double-Head Vacuum Nitrogen-Filling Can Sealer is a new type of can sealer specially designed for the packaging industry of milk powder, protein powder and other high-end products. It is suitable for sealing various round cans such as tinplate cans and aluminum cans, featuring processes of first vacuum pumping and then inert gas filling.Adopting integrated electrical control and a human-machine interface (HMI), the machine realizes automatic lid application, automatic can infeed/outfeed, automatic vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling, as well as oil-free full-automatic sealing. Operating parameters can be easily set and adjusted on the HMI according to the sealing requirements of different round can types. All key electrical components are imported.

Function features

  • The exterior and main parts of this machine are made of 304 stainless steel.
  • The seals of the vacuum system adopt vacuum-specific fluororubber sealing rings, which are high-temperature resistant and leak-proof.
  • Equipped with HMI operation and a PLC control system, it features simple operation and orderly action processes.
  • It uses XINJIE touch screen and SIEMENS programmable logic controller (PLC).
  • All photoelectric sensors for position detection are of the "OMRON" brand.
  • Pneumatic actuators, solenoid valves, and cylinder position detection sensors all adopt the AIRTAC brand.
  • The vacuum pump is a domestic-made one.
  • It adopts a double-seaming structure, ensuring excellent sealing quality.
  • The rollers are made of the latest materials and processed with advanced heat treatment methods, greatly extending their service life. The seaming is smooth and uniform without yellowing or scratching, achieving a leap in sealing quality.
  • According to the requirements for sealing quality and residual oxygen content, settings can be easily modified and adjusted on the HMI.
  • A large number of oil-free and maintenance-free bearings are used, making the equipment cleaner and ensuring the cleanliness of the production workshop environment.
  • All actuators are driven by cylinders and motors, enabling oil-free sealing.
  • The HMI provides fault alarm functions for lid absence, lid shortage, can jamming, can non-dropping, servo system failure, cylinder malfunction, etc. This makes faults clearly identifiable, greatly shortening fault troubleshooting time and improving production efficiency.
  • It is equipped with an automatic timed dust suction function to prevent dust accumulation inside the vacuum hood.
  • The special vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling method effectively prevents dust from re-suspending.
