The Keypack Intelligent (kunbupack) DTB Positioning Labeling Machine is a fully automatic inline labeling system designed for round plastic bottles with a body diameter of ≤100mm and a height range of 40–180mm. Bottles are conveyed through the feeding track and separated at equal intervals by an adjustable bottle-spacing mechanism. A SICK photoelectric sensor detects each passing bottle and triggers the drive system to dispense a label. The tension control system maintains consistent label strip tension throughout the process, ensuring stable label feeding and uniform label start position. After optional coding via an integrated coding machine, the label positioning sensor measures the label length and advances the strip to the correct position. The label is then automatically peeled and applied flat and accurately onto the bottle surface by the labeling and pressing components, completing the full labeling cycle without manual intervention.
