Keypack Intelligent Steeply Inclined Belt Conveyor designed for high-angle auxiliary transport of large granule frozen products and bulk materials. It delivers steep incline operation from 0° to 90° with handling capacity up to 6,000 m³/h, featuring corrugated sidewall belts with food-grade rubber construction. Ideal for frozen food processing, grain handling, construction materials transport, and chemical industry bulk material conveying.
Product Overview
This industrial steep inclined conveyor primarily consists of a corrugated sidewall belt, drive unit, drive pulley, tail pulley, pressure belts, support idlers, and return idlers. The corrugated sidewall belt features flexible and expandable rubber sidewalls in S-shaped or W-shaped structures along both edges. Transverse cleats are affixed at fixed intervals between these sidewalls on the base belt, forming enclosed compartments to effectively carry materials and prevent spillage during high-angle transport.
The drive unit powers the drive pulley, which propels the belt in a continuous cycle through friction between the pulley and belt. Material fed onto the belt at the loading end is transported along the incline and discharged at the designated outlet. This anti-slip frozen product conveyor ensures smooth transition from horizontal to inclined operation while delivering low energy consumption, simple structural design, and easy maintenance.

Key Features and Machine Characteristics
-
High-Angle Transport Capability: Operates at steep incline angles from horizontal 0° to vertical 90°, enabling flexible layout configurations and dramatically reducing floor space requirements compared to conventional belt conveyors. This high-angle belt feeder design is ideal for facilities with limited horizontal space or multi-level production layouts.
-
Anti-Fall Corrugated Sidewall Design: S-shaped and W-shaped flexible rubber sidewalls combined with transverse cleats create secure enclosed compartments that prevent material spillage and backsliding during steep incline transport. This anti-fall belt conveyor structure ensures reliable handling of large granule frozen products, grains, and bulk materials even at extreme angles.
-
Large Capacity Handling: Processes up to 6,000 m³/h of bulk materials, supporting high-throughput production lines in food processing, grain storage, construction material handling, and chemical manufacturing applications. The auxiliary belt transport equipment maintains consistent material flow across varying incline angles.
-
Compact Footprint Solution: Steep incline design significantly reduces horizontal space requirements—a vertical lift that would require 20+ meters with traditional conveyors can be achieved in just 2-3 meters of floor space at 90° angle, making this an efficient space-saving solution for crowded production facilities.
-
Food-Grade Frozen Transport: Constructed with food-grade rubber belt materials suitable for direct contact with frozen food products including frozen vegetables, fruits, seafood, and meat. Meets hygiene standards for food processing environments and maintains product integrity during transport.
-
Smooth Transition Operation: Ensures seamless material flow from horizontal loading zone to inclined transport section and final discharge point. The Keypack Intelligent (kunbupack) conveyor system minimizes product damage, maintains consistent throughput, and prevents material degradation during angle transitions.
-
Low Energy Consumption: Friction-driven belt system with optimized pulley design reduces power requirements while maintaining reliable continuous operation. Simple mechanical structure translates to lower operational costs and reduced maintenance frequency.
-
Easy Maintenance Access: Modular component design with accessible drive unit, pulleys, and idlers enables quick inspection, cleaning, and replacement. Simple structural design allows for minimal downtime and straightforward troubleshooting by facility maintenance teams.
