When cabinet doors are opened during machine operation, interlocking programs are triggered, automatically alerting and shutting down X-ray emission to prevent safety incidents from leakage. X-ray leakage is far below 1μSv/hour, complying with US FDA standards and European CE standards, with radiation exposure to food products far below 1Gy for safe operation.
User operation is simplified through a 17-inch full-color touchscreen with friendly human-machine interface for easy interaction. The system features automatic learning functionality with simple parameter settings. Complete data traceability management automatically saves inspection images with selectable modes including all images or non-conforming only, easily meeting management requirements. Equipped with LAN port output for MES system integration and USB output port for rapid image transfer needs.
