This Packing Machine is an intelligent, fully automatic packing machine. It utilizes a high-speed distribution device to pack various containers, including bottles, boxes, bags, and irregularly shaped items. It is also suitable for packing boxes with partitions.
The packing gripper can use suction cups or mechanical claws to place materials into opened cartons. Once the gripper lifts, the filled carton is discharged and sent to a case sealer. (This packing method is driven by a "Panasonic" servo motor from Japan).
The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and a touch screen display. It is equipped with safety features such as material shortage alarm and automatic stoppage, and will not attempt to pack if no materials are present.
