This Kunbupack Semi-Automatic Vertical Powder Packaging Machine with Lifting System is mainly developed and designed for ultra-fine powders prone to dust emission and high-precision packaging requirements. Based on signals from the load cell installed under the container, it completes dual-speed filling, metering, lifting and other operations. It is suitable for packaging additives, toner, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultra-fine powders, and powders requiring high-precision packaging.

• The pneumatic bag clamping device and bracket are mounted on the load cell, enabling fast and slow filling according to the preset weight. The high-response weighing system ensures high packaging precision.
• Servo motor drives the tray lifting with arbitrarily adjustable lifting speed, basically no dust emission during filling to avoid environmental pollution.
• Servo motor and servo drive control the screw, featuring stable performance and high precision.
• PLC control and touch screen HMI display for easy operation.
• Full stainless steel structure; combined or open-type hopper for convenient cleaning.
• The filling head is equipped with a handwheel for height adjustment, enabling easy packaging of multiple specifications.
• Fixed screw installation structure, which will not affect material properties during filling.
• Optional pneumatic bag clamping device and tank holding device; just select different devices to meet canning and bagging requirements.
• Switchable between two working modes: fixed-quantity mode (fast speed, slightly lower precision) and real-time weighing mode (high precision, slightly slower speed).
