Equipment Introduction

• Adopts Japanese special steel material and cam processed through 24 Japanese processing technologies. It has a long service life and offers a lifetime maintenance after-sales commitment.
• Equipped with PLC for quick adjustment, 8 stations can be changed simultaneously in just 5 seconds. Then place the replaced bags into each bag storage, rotate to adjust the bag changing chamber, and push the rear ejector rod to the same length as the bags for easy specification change. Unlike linear models that require using a wrench to adjust from the first station to the last, it solves the problem of rapid changeover and commissioning for producing different specification products daily.
• The integral formed claws are corrosion-resistant and easier to clean. The claws adopt a soft-hard dual-sided design with stainless steel and rubber, capable of withstanding 5kg tension to hold bags firmly. It avoids the situation where linear pouch feeding uses vacuum to suck bags for movement, leading to bag and material detachment due to blocked or leaking air holes when operating in granular, liquid, or dusty environments.
• Adopts 360-degree indexing design, with 8 stations independent of each other. If bag opening fails, no feeding or sealing will be performed, avoiding bag waste. Linear models use sequential split actions where each station interacts with others—if one station malfunctions, the entire machine stops operating.
• The bag opening method uses the German Festo vacuum system. Stand-up pouches with bottoms can adopt dual opening modes: synchronous upper and lower bag opening and compressed air blowing bag opening, ensuring stable and efficient bag opening.
• The entire machine table is equipped with an integral plate chain and a full-arc water tank. The electrical control part adopts a cantilever design separated from the mechanical structure, allowing the entire machine to be washed with water.
• Features four-station dust removal: feeding dust removal, hopper dust removal, motion trajectory dust removal, and bag mouth dust removal. The dust collector is a high-efficiency variable-frequency industrial dust collector with air volume adjustable in 1-3 levels via the screen, adapting to actual dust levels. It is equipped with 6 PE+PTFE high-efficiency filters, offering higher dust removal efficiency and better results than bag dust collectors or single/double filter element dust collectors from other manufacturers. The filters can be washed with water, and the timed pulse backblowing time can be adjusted on the screen, with pulse time up to the second level.
• Adopts the Japanese Omron temperature control system, equipped with double-knife sealing and hot-cold dual sealing design. The bag mouth stress is more uniform, and the temperature difference between the two knives is always within ±1 degree. Instant heating sealing combined with the bag mouth dust removal device ensures the bag mouth is free of powder, resulting in firmer and more attractive seals.
• Uses international first-line brand electrical components such as Siemens, Schneider, and Omron, ensuring stable performance and reliable quality for 24/7 continuous operation of the equipment.
• All moving bearings adopt international first-line brands such as Germany Igus and Japan TEK, featuring wear resistance and corrosion resistance. They can maintain stable and efficient operation in harsh working environments, with a service life 3-5 times longer than domestic bearings.
