When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, it creates negative pressure, forming a vacuum airflow. The material is then drawn into the suction nozzle, creating a material-air mixture. This mixture is transported through the material conveying tube to the feed hopper of the vacuum conveying system.
The filter separates the material from the air completely. Once the feed hopper is full, the controller automatically cuts off the air supply, causing the vacuum generator to stop. Simultaneously, the hopper discharge valve opens automatically, allowing the material to discharge into the machine's process hopper.
At the same time, compressed air automatically cleans the filter via the solenoid-controlled pulse-jet valve.
When the preset time elapses or the level sensor issues a feed signal, the vacuum conveying system is automatically activated. The conveying capacity is highly dependent on the conveying distance and material characteristics.
