This Steeply Inclined Belt Conveyor primarily consists of a corrugated sidewall belt, drive unit, drive pulley, tail pulley, pressure belts, support idlers, and return idlers. The corrugated sidewall belt features flexible and expandable rubber sidewalls in S or W shapes along both edges. Transverse cleats are affixed at regular intervals between these sidewalls on the base belt, forming enclosed compartments to carry materials efficiently.
The drive unit powers the drive pulley, which, through friction between the pulley and the belt, propels the belt in a continuous cycle. Material fed onto the belt at the loading end is transported along the incline and discharged at the designated outlet.
