• The Vacuum Feeders consists of an oil-free and water-free vacuum pump, a stainless steel suction nozzle, a flexible conveying hose, a PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), a compressed air reverse jet cleaning device, a pneumatic discharge gate assembly, a vacuum receiver, and an automatic level control device. The entire system is rationally designed and precision-engineered.
• Vacuum Feeders are available in two discharge modes: intermittent and continuous. Intermittent discharge offers advantages in reducing equipment costs and simplifies level control. In most applications, we recommend the intermittent discharge type. Continuous discharge is typically employed for long-distance, high-capacity material conveying. The actual conveying capacity is highly dependent on the conveying distance and specific material characteristics.
